Gravity Free 2008

OLIO is pleased to boast about Charlie White III's kickoff speech at this year's Gravity Free conference, "The Year of Dangerous Minds." Charlie spoke extemporaneously about his iconic history of art and illustration, his self-pioneering transition to enviromental design, and the landmark successes of his recent designs that are used to identify and brand developments as a whole.

Text accredited to Exhibitors Online Gravity Free Conference:
May 12-14, Chicago Museum of Science and Industry

This year's conference theme, The Year of Dangerous Minds", celebrates creative risk-taking. It explores the boldness of larger-than-life revolutionaries who draw the boundaries with their own personal line in the sand and whose shock waves often reverberate well beyond their own disciplines.

As always the GRAVITY FREE spreaker list will include a diverse mix of architects, product designers, urban planners, innovation strategists, experience designers, screen writers, graphic designers, authors, aeronautical designers, scientists, automotive deisngers, retail designers, and visionaries of every stripe. They all share a cheeky disregard for conventional opinion and status quo. Their uncompromising passion for what they believe makes them, in a word, dangerous.
